Lisa, Yes we have a team, just have not registered yet. Actually, my sister who just passed, her old boss and I are walking together in her name. My mom passed away from Cancer a year and a half ago and I've got a cousin fighting breast cancer. I'm deffinataly interested and my sister may be as well.  Thanks for the info!!!

Lori You go girl! It just takes that start and I guarantee that exercise will do two things for you. It will relive stress and you will benefit from this health wise and you know being a nurse. As it warms up I run alot around the lakes and they are a good way to measure your mileage. Let me know when your ready or need help. Jim

I just began my C25K running plan again. I hopped on my treadmill thinking I was going to start with week one of the training and ended up doing week two. I plan to run the Mothers' Day Race for the Cure this year. I have used this training program in the past and really like it. It works well for me. For the first few weeks I go for time and once the distances are in the easily to track amounts, in increments of a quarter mile, then I switch to going for distance.

YOU can do it!!! It helps to go after work while you are out!!  I also go when I KNOW I have errands to run!!!  Keep us posted on how its going!!  Have fun at work tonight!!!  By the way, how is it going so far?  I hope you can come to coffee this Saturday!!!
