WOW Peggy, I started the 5 DPT today, too!!! I thought maybe it would be harder at work.........but instead, it was not too bad. I picked up two 4 packs of Muscle Milk.........low carb version. I had 3 of them so far today (it's almost 6pm here) I also took a couple sf jello cups and a sf pudding or two. I did the black bean soup for lunch. Can't say I"m not hungry........miss chewing right now. I"m off to the treadmill, myself. Will probably go to bed early tonight.......... The other thing I found at Walmart........for day 3, is little tins of tuna.......one with sundried tomatoes and another with spicey thai chili. Right now, I could eat the tin can and all!!! LOL I'll let you know how they are. Good luck.........I"m looking to tame the carb monster, too!! Pat
