Help with adding some calories..

I think the easiest way to add calories without trying to inhale more food is to find a drink that has calories such as Barb and Amy suggested - milk or a protein shake.  But other than those i can't think of anything else that has calories but not the sugar that will make you dump  - well except alcohol and well that didn't work so well last time for you. Good luck to you though!  Bummer I missed the Unique trip - sounds like people found some great deals!  See ya next weekend!

How about Kraft Handi Snacks - Breadsticks & Cheese? 110 calories per container. Sugar is 4g. Protein is 3 g. I would think these would be soft enough not to clog up the stoma or whatever, but not sure if that's too much sugar. ??? Just a thought for an easy on the go snack. I know they also have breadsticks & p.b. one's, too.
