Morning... yes its early but I work this AM :)

Do you all have some suggestions for me to add some daily calories?  I try and try but I have a routine of the same things I eat and when I try to add more calories I come up short on ideas. I cant do big sugar and no fried....  I do have the patented Caribou bomb "turkey dried cherry almond pasta salad"  but cant do that everyday.   So in advance thanks for any help !   Hugs to you all... How about some type of jerky -- protein plus calories?  Plus they pack up in a purse or bag pretty easy.  Or change from skim milk to 1% -- adds a few calories, plus still get protein!!!  I have my routine too and still experimenting with food so I don't have a lot of suggestions -- sorry. Hope this helps.  Have fun at work today -- and hopefully you will get home before the big game!!!   XXOO

Oh -- I'm not shopping right now cause my daughter gave me a bunch of the size I'm in right now.  I'm hoping that summer comes before I drop another size -- then I can buy summer stuff and have a Unique day.....What did you find there???

How about adding a protein shake?  I make mine homemade and the calories can really rack up if you aren't careful.

Linda, does the NUT at your surgeon's office have any ideas? Can you change your popcorn snack to something else? Can you try a piece of fruit instead? Probably more calories in the fruit. Or, adding protein powder to your latte? More protein plus added calories. I've heard of people doubling up on milk. Milk plus milk powder. Not sure if that's for protein, calcium, or calories...but just a thought. Sausage balls seem like a popular recipe on here. Sausage/cheese/flour. I can send you the recipe if you'd like. Also the protein pancakes. How about checking out Eggface's website? She's got great recipes & she's also really helpful if you PM her or email her. http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/ Did you ask the grads board?
