Avatar help

Help! I have been trying to update my avatar to a picture of me and it keeps telling me the file is too big. I have cropped and made the photos smaller and still no luck. I was able to add photos to my profile but this is going to drive me nuts! Any tips? I am hoping to go to coffee next week and I don't want anyone to be disappointed that I am actually NOT the Cat in the Hat! lol

Go to the website www.shrinkpictures.com On the top left upper section is a spot for "create avatar" Browse and find the photo you want to shrink and put in the first box Type 100 in the second box (size needed in the avatar)

Click on "resize" Pick the photo you want and right-click, copy it Go back to the obesityhelp user settings and right-click, paste the picture Go to bottom of page and save the page. It will take a couple of minutes to update your profile. Or go out of the website and then back in and it should be good to go..... XXOO
