Good morning
Hi, every one just giving a current update. I have lost 40 lbs. and now am down to a size 32 pants. I feel amazing!!! I have the energy like a "cyclone". One sad note I will note be able to make it too coffee this week!! But I am taking the boys Ice fishing. So bonding time with the boys this week end. Have fun and have a great weekend.

Hey Troy.....What a great Dad you are to be taking your boys out ice fishing as before you know it they have grown up and have famlies of their own. One comment.....looking at the time of your posting, I hope you and boys are not headed out at that "ungodly hour" Just kidding.....I am sure as a good Dad you would not do that to them.
CONGRATULATIONS!!! Forty pounds is wonderful!!! I so enjoyed talking with you at the last Eagan. Unfortunatelly, I will not be able to attend next week due to some family responsibilities. Promise me you won't be pulling up your shirt like last time as I must be there when you do it again. We Granny's like to look at those manly-bodies and remember when....................
