LD- Are SF popsicles ok?

My dietician said I could have a SF jello....so I was just wondering if anyone knows if SF popsicles are ok too?  THanks

Hello Naomi, I was told that SF popsicle were okay on my liquid diet.  I noticed you live in Wyoming, MN... I used to live in Wyoming Township with a Chisago City address, off of hwy 22.  How is it going on the Liquid diet?? Erika

I was told SF popsicles were ok on the LD, a great tasting way to get in some liquid.  I am addicted to them now.  I hated the taste at first, but now I have one almost every night as a snack!!  MMMMMMM...really satisfies the old sweet tooth!

Yes, I am on the LD to lose weight before the surgery.  It is going pretty good.  I havent cheated at all!  I have been losing, so it is nice to see. 

They were okay on my LD and after surgery too!  Use as many "legal" items as you can to help bring variety into your LD and it will help you be successful!
