If you haven't already, you may want to use baby spoons.  They really helped when I was starting on pureed.  I still use them with my yogurt for breakfast, 'cuz they're smaller and therefore easier to stir my sunflower seeds into the yogurt inside the 4oz cups it comes in! GOOD LUCK, Angela!  As much as it's a relief to not have anything serious wrong, I know it's frustrating to have no specific answers to your issue, either.  Just hang in there!  a year from now, you'll look back and say  "It was so worth every minute!!!"  And then check out the bootay in the mirror

I am glad nothing was seriously wrong either.  But I know you are frustrated and given yet another thing to try.  I really hope this works and you start feeling better real soon.  I miss your smiles!!! XXOO

I didn't know they could detect a stricture with an Upper GI. Did you ask them about getting an endoscopy? You should if you continue to have problems. That way they can actually  "see" your stoma.

Please spay and neuter your pets!

Angela, What great news!  What frustrating news!  I'm so glad that there's nothing wrong - but I can't imagine how frustrating not having an explanation of why you're struggling to eat.  Were they all worried about your nutritional levels because you're not able to keep anything down?  What will they do if things don't turn around? So concerned for you honey - but I'm hoping their suggestions can help you begin to get some food down! Take care of you and keep us updated!  Will you be at coffee tomorrow? Love ya girlie!

Glad you had a good report from the doctors, Angela.  It sure is a winding road, isn't it?  I think the using a baby spoon sounds like a great idea and hope you're trying warm liquids to see if that helps.     Kathy
