Take a deep breath and repeat after me: "I will stay off the scale and at only 3 months out I can't not lose weight." No need to be worried, this happens to everyone. If you stick to the plan, you will continue to lose weight. You're probably losing inches - you either lose one or the other. You're doing fabulous! WTG!

Plateaus have been a MAJOR concern for me. I finally got off one that lasted almost 6 weeks. The one thing I must disagree with is not to weigh so often. I have heard that advice for years but recently University of Minnesota researchers said that people who weigh at the same time each day tend to do better on their programs than those who weigh less often.

Lisa, I would recommend shaking up what you are eating - eat more for a couple days then go back to what has been working - you might be a little low on calories anyway.  your body needs a kick start - so it doesnt get used to the same ol' same ol'.
