Welcome Robin, I'm glad you found your way here.  This is a good group of people.  So don't be afraid to ask anything, there is a wealth of information here between all these folks.

Darla....you are so funny There is St. Cloud coffee on Saturdays that I have never attended. In fact, I was just looking now to see if folks are meeting tomorrow. Keep your eyes out for the St. Cloud coffee post. Welcome! 

Hey Robin, It's obvious what kind of support you'll get here and I hope you can find a group close to you too.  Feel free to truck on down to the cities anytime, because there's usually an event or two every month outside of support and coffee groups.  We'd love to meet you and give you an official hug into the family! I look forward to hearing updates on your progress - let us know if you need anything.  And by the way, we'll get ya into being tech savvy soon enough and you can give your friends a big ol' zerbert! Here's your first tip!  We all love seeing a pic of who we're talking with.  The one that shows up when you post is called your avatar.  You get to it by looking for the "User Settings" link on the left hand side of the screen under "ObesityHelp Minnesota Weight Loss Forum."  It's in the least likely of places that's why I point it out.  Pick out a pic you have saved on your computer.  It has to meet specific requirements in order to be uploaded so you'll have to go to www.shrinkpictures.com  to get it to the right size.  Here's the requirements: Submitted Photos/Avatars are limited to a size of 20K and must be in GIF or JPG format. They should be 100 x 100 pixels.  The website will help you get to those requirements and then you can upload.  If you need more help, let us know or call one of your friends over - cause we wanna see the beautiful you!
