23 days post op and just fouond this place.

I'm so new to this sort of thing. I have been reading your responses all afternoon. Everyone sounds so wonderful and supportive. My friends call me the "green dummy" because I am so awful with computers. It has taken me 3 days to get here.

I don't get how to do all of the fun things I see like pictures, etc. So I may be rather dull to have around. All I know is I need a buddy. My surgery was In Park Rapids,MN, 23 days ago. I live 2 hours from there so finding someone to chat with is difficult. I have found a support group closer that I will attend, but once a month isn't enough for me. I'll end here. Welcome Robin! This message board rocks! Ask questions - Get support and most of all Laugh! and feel like you are not in this alone.

This board is pretty active and has different coffee get togethers - maybe watch for the coffee's in St. Cloud - I think there are several people from up in your "neck of the woods".
