Sooo Tired out!

After reading some other posts, I realized I haven't been taking any of my vits for months.  Well, since March! Lucky I haven't dropped dead for cripes sakes.  Or had major health issues. I'm thinking this could be the reason for my intense ditzy ness lately.  I can't concentrate, can't get anything done, moody, tired, can't sleep, weird aches and pains.  You name it. So, all I have in my cupboard is calcium and b12.  So I ate my calcium and did a double shot of my sublingual b12 liquid.  Already not as tired today!

Isn't it easy to fall into the habit of NOT taking your vitamins!!  It's a major no no, but so easy to do. I hope you get back to it soon and start feeling better!

Hey Tina - I wonder, wouldn't it be interesting to have a blood panel done now and then set a schedule and goal for yourself to take your vitamins & supplements daily and then have your panel redone in say 6 months...see what the difference is? It may just be worth it!

That would be interesting and probably an eye opener, but wayyy not in the budget!

Be sure to get all your water in too!  Dehydration can cause some of those same symptoms!  I agree with Amy, maybe get your blood panel done - you can never be too careful. Take care of you!
