Laura First I want to say how sorry I am about your BIL. I will continue to keep him and your family in my thoughts. Second last night it was great to finally meet you! You look so healthy and even more beautiful in person than you do in your pictures on the boards. I know the route of emotional eating as I've done it myself for years and years, but while we can't break these habits overnight I agree with Tracy we've got to be mindful of this affliction and work to break it by implementing other habits.. better choices. Work out... take your frustration and anger and pain out on the machines at the gym, get those endorphins going to boost your mood and help you cope. start a journal either online or just a simple notebook, scribble it all out so your not holding those emotions inside yourself letting it chip away at you and cause you to go running for the cookies. and if these things don't work call a friend, a family member call one of us! Thats what we are here for, to help each other along this journey, to pick each other up when we need it, to give us the arse kicking we need when we need it and to share the joys, wows, sorrows and victories with. Point is... your not alone Love and hugs to you doll Lisa
