Debbie's surgery is done! She is banded!

You guys are great!   I just spoke with her DS again and she is feeling so sick.  So....I'm just gonna read some of these posts to her over the phone.....good or bad idea????     Maybe I'll wait until she isn't moaning.  That is no fun...ugh!  I wish I had the humor some of you have.  No wonder we become addicted to OH, it is so much fun to read!

Hi Everyone, I laughed reading the responses to the topic, "You'll know you're addicted to OH when. . . " I laughed because I have been glued to YOUR post as a . . . what do you call it. . . a lurker?! Yep, that's me. It all started when Lisa Joy (who happens to be my sister) told me she was planning to have WLS on New Year's Eve when my husband and I were over at their house (to play WII). As she told me, she gently placed me in front of their computer and showed me the OH site. I was touched then, by all the support and encouragement, and still am. Actually,  more so. You guys/gals rock.  The lurker, Cindy P.S. I am not Debbie, the other sister who is presently in Mexicali! I wish we were there with her.

I'm sooooo glad you "joined" us!!!  Welcome to the Board!!!  I think it is great that you 3 sisters are soooo supportive of each other -- that will be such an asset when you are feeling like you need support. See you at coffee!!!  Now get an avatar you beautiful GF!!! XXOO

How very cool!  So glad things went well.  Did she find someone to do her fills here in MN?  I know that's one of the biggest concerns having surgery outside the US. Tell her we're all thinking about her and wishing her well!  Thanks for the update
