Hi guys.... are any of you tired alot?  Do I need to up my vites.  I was gone I went back home for the weekend just me and my 2 boys while my hubby had to work in the cities for the boat show.  Any way I did stay up alot later than normal but felt fine and on the way home I fell asleep driving and hit the ditch going 60 THANK GOD no one was hurt not even the car.  GOD was with us There is no doubt.  I still can't believe I did it.  Both boys were sleeping in the back seat and the next thing I knew we were going in the ditch...I have never been so scared in my life.  That rates right up there with a DWI..... I thought I was fine enough to drive but I wasn't.  I am so glad I didn't kill my boys, myself or anyone else.  I am taking my vites and don't know if I need to boost them up or what.  I went to bed by 8pm last night and I am still very tired today.  The kids are going down for naps now and maybe aI will just relax..... any suggestions..... Hugs Marsha

Oh my gosh how scary for you! I hope others have some good suggestions. I haven't had my surgery yet so I am no help, but just wanted to say I am glad you are all OK, your angels were with you that is for sure.

I have be sooo tired lately too!  But I think it is because I have been working out every day and Im not used to that.   I am so glad that you were being looked over at that time.  WOW!  You must have been sooooo scared.  Im glad you are ok!  Make sure to get plenty of protein.  That seems to help me with energy.

OMG - I'm glad you are OK!!! From my understanding, most people feel exhausted every time your body is losing. I hope that's all it is for you!

wow!!!  That is a scary thing!  I am so glad you had your guardian angels with you!   I remember when my hubby was going through school (he's a cop), they told them that lack of sleep (even one less hour than you should have) causes people to have the same reaction time as a drunk person.   You take care of you.....hoping you feel more energized soon! I am glad you and the boys are OK.  Maybe you need some extra sleep also.  Your body is trying to recoup from surgery also.  If ya want to do dinner some night soon let me know.

Warning... TMI.... I bleed very very heavily sometimes with my period, then my iron levels drop and i'm so tired I can barely keep my eyes open. This can happen to me as well from a "carb coma"  If I'm unlucky enough not to dump, I just get super tired.  Like narcaleptic tired....just wham fall asleep.  That happened mostly the first year after surgery...I know it now and am much more careful with that. So glad you guys are safe.

Marsha I am sooo glad you and your boys are okay.  I'm glad you posted this because the other night I felt the same way. I was driving home late and struggling to stay awake. I felt like I was drunk but had nothing to drink that night. Yikes. I find that when my boys nap, I nap. It helps but not on those longer nights. I'm going to add vitron-c to my vitamins. You have some good angels watching over you.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!  Thank God everyone is ok!!! You poor dear!!!  Are you getting in your B12?  My best advice would be to have your PCP do a blood work up just to see what your levels are at and that may give you some simple solutions!  Keep us informed HON!
