Any tips for soft food measurement

Hi everyone.  Need some quick advice...I'm going to Dallas for four days this week which is also the week I start soft foods.  At home I have the luxury of measuring food, but during this week I will eat most meals as part of work events. So here is my question:  how can you measure soft food without using a tablespoon or 1 oz cup, any suggestions? Becky

Before you leave, measure out 1 tbsp of food on a plate. Compare that to maybe your thumb size. Or maybe just get a good visual. Hopefully that should help you. I don't measure my food anymore. I do it purely on visual.  Good luck! Lori

My only suggestion is eyeballing it.....a shot glass is 1.5 ounces.  I dunno if that helps, maybe someone else has a better suggestion?!?!?
