Day 2 of 5DPT - HUNGRY

The subject of this post is Hungry. I am HUNGRY HUNGRY HUNGRY! I'm not sure why the 2nd time I'm doing this 5DPT is so different than the first. I had no problems with the first go around. Maybe it's because I'm in withdrawl from having major carb addiction. This definitely feels like a diet - and one I'm definitely not enjoying. This may be easier when I start soft foods tomorrow - including chili and eggs. I certainly hope so. Today I've had 1 bottle of water, 1 slim fast, 2 cups of minestrone soup and i'm nursing an iced tea. It's 1pm here and I've been at work since 8:45. This is just the pitts.

I'll live, but this is definitely not easy.

Hang in there Farrah!!. I had a little harder time the second time I did this. I made the black bean soup recipe and it seemed to satisfy me big time. the good part is I really appreciated my soft meats when I got to day three and it made me realize that I can do anything again if I set my mind to it!! You can do it. My second day was the pits also! Jim
