I'm doing good. I am a little overwhelmed with my new job. I have sooooooooooooo much to learn. My biggest fear is that I'll fail. But after talking with my preceptor today I feel better. She told me that it takes two years before you actually feel like you know what you are doing. But sometimes I just feel so stupid (because I have never done this... shouldn't I still know it? ). Oy! I beat myself up a lot. Sorry! I didn't know I would go so long on this. Thanks for asking! Hugs, Lori
