First WOW moment after WLS !!!!!!
Good morning all. I am very sure there are many more to come but here it is. I have lost over 85 lbs since this time last year, but here is the kicker. I have not been this low in weight since before my laryngectomy surgery back in March 2002 for throat cancer. I tipped the scales at 299 this morning. I am pretty proud of myself and I know this is just a tip of the iceberg. Thank you all for your kind words .
