Vitamin Water

Between my hello kitty water dispenser at my desk and Glaceau Vitamin Water I hardly have the bladder to drink anything else..  (okay well coffee in the morning but when your as sleepy as me... its a give in) My question... will I still be able to drink Vitamin Water after the surgery?  I love the stuff and its got vitamin's in it.. so its kinda good for me... right? O_o

I would just check the nutrition facts on the bottle. Some of that Vitamin Water has sugar in it. It may not be much but could be enough to cause you to "dump". If there is little or no sugar then have at it.

Vitamin water has vitamins but has sugar and so I opt to drink the powdered Propel packets made by Gatorade.  You can get them at Walmart. One Serving has: 10 Calories 0 Fat 30 Sodium 3 Carbs 0 Fiber 2 Sugars 0 Protein 10% Vitamin C 25% Niacin 25% Vitamin B6 4% Vitamin B12 25% Pantotheic Acid I've been drinking two to four packets a day but I don't drink more then that...normally, I drink a plain water with it or I add more then 16 oz of water...I don't know...you can try it to see if you like it?
