Foods High in Protein

I found a list of foods high in protein as well as the protein content of common foods on my doctor's website.  If you're interested in getting a copy of it, let me know.  I don't know the validity of it because it was posted by another patient - not the doctor, but it's just a guideline anyway - so good info to have around. PM with your email address if you'd like me to send to you.  I'll also bring some copies with to PNC support group tomorrow - IF I remember.
