Happy Tuesday Troy!!! What an amazing positive example you are! Congrats on taking that promotion I can't think of anyone else more deserving! I'm working today so I guess thats my focus and purpose for today LOL. Tomorrow I start my first yoga class and I'm super excited about that! Have a great day with the wifey!   Ps Linda is right go get some new drawers!!! you kept hikin those things up at coffee like you were gonna moon us or something!!! LOL    

What a light of inspiration you are!  I smile each time I read your post - you're such an inspiration! Congrats on taking the promotion - you deserve it!  But hey don't you actually have to go back to work to take a promotion???  Just kidding - I'm just joshin you about your long medical leave!!! I'm not sure what my purpose is today, but as my sister always says, Make it a Great day!  So that I will try to do! Have a fab one!

Troy~ I love reading your so very positive posts!  I hope that I feel as great as you 11 days post-op and that I can take the world on.  I'm glad that your have a great outlook.   I really needed to read this post this morning TMI (I have my monthly) and I put on 8 pounds of water weight so I was feeling a bit down.  I haven't went off of my diet so I know that it'll come off before my surgery which is in 15 days...yikes (I'm excited) I'm just glad it's here now and not in the near future....I hoping the 8 pounds will be gone by this time next week.  I'm sure it'll be gone sooner but I only weigh on Tuesday and Fridays...maybe by Friday... Thanks for this uplifting post, you're the best! Selena

Good Morning (well, now going into the afternoon). I'm glad things are going so well for you. A new year, a new you. You are quite an inspiration to us all. Keep it up!

My day is about relaxing and enjoying time just being stress free. I'm still in my jammies, sitting on my big white chair, with my kitty cat next to me. Life is good. (Though, I think I may have to get motivated soon to pay some bills and clean the house.)  Have a great day!!! Lori

WAY TO GO, TROY!!!   You are so deserving of a promotion!  I think you're in for an amazing year!  If you figure out a way to bottle your enthusiasm, would you sell me some?  My hubby will get an opportunity to go for a new job sometime this year, and he needs all the positive juju he can get!  (And of course, it can't come from ME!! ) GO OUT AND CONQUER, MY FRIEND!!! 

WOW Troy!  You are hereby designated as our daily motivational waker-upper!  Yeah, to encourage/remind us to find daily purpose in each day.  Today my purpose is to recover from yesterday's emergency oral surgery: "Have Vicodin, will travel" straight to the heated vibrating head-to-toe massager for intermittent cat naps.   Oh, er, uh WITH multi-positioned on/off timer for no residual muscle aches!  So, go grab that promotion finalization (HUGE Congratulations!,) then go forward with your 'couple time' with your special lady!  Hugs galore, Patti
