My surgeon recommends High Protein Boost or Glucose Control Boost.  http://www.boost.com/ maybe that will work for you???

Slim Fast is really tasty too. My surgeon also recommends Ensure (don't use it if you're already lactose intolerant though).

I lived on Mrs. Grass soup (with the golden egg) -- strain the soup and have the liquid.  But I also did LOTS of other strained soups.  Don't do the cubes or chicken broth --- NASTY!!!!  I drank Slimfast and Atkins Advantage shakes, jello.  Others have done popcycles too. XXOO

I have 3 boxes of Carnation Instant Breakfast in my cupboard--('just in case' I needed it.)  I'd be happy to ship them to you. The box of 'milk chocolate' is short 2 pkgs.  The other 2 boxes are variety packs--"rich milk chocolate', 'classic vanilla', 'strawberry sensation', and 'classic chocolate malt'. OOOPS--just looked at the 'use before' date and they're a little old---but I think because the pkgs. are sealed they should be okay. PM me on this site and let me know if you want them. I would ship them Purolator (I still get the employee discount and it'd be cheap to send them.)  I found them at Cub Foods in Duluth. Try calling the Duluth Clinic and explain the situation  about not having access to  CIB and see if they could suggest an alternative.  Sometimes they will give you some slack as far as what you should be consuming. Here is the address of the Thunder Bay WLS support group.  Maybe someone has a fresher supply of CIB they'd want to get rid of.  They might also have names and addresses of people in your town who've had WLS. [email protected] Good luck!  Time will fly!
