 Sometimes being a supervisor is very hard you have to try and get your point across when you see something that needs done differently. Even if the employee is wrong they are many kind ways to get you point across. Looks to me like your supervisor needs more training in people skills. Prayers being sent for an easier week and a calm and supportive Supervisor. Janie
