ARG!   'I'll take all the prayers I can get'!  That's what happens when I don't proof-read before hitting 'submit'.

Prayers being said.   Others have said things exactly as I would.   Turn the frustration into energy to do the best job you can and show her exactly what kind of person we all know you are!!!   You can do it!   If it doesn't work out then remember HE has a plan and everything happens for a reason.

Why do bosses have to make our lives a living %#$@!!!???  Sorry to hear that you're going through this.  I will say some prayers that if you're meant to be in that job that you're able to prove to her that you can do it.  Good Luck - just remember that God only gives you as much as you can handle and even if He closes a door - He will always open a window for you!
