I had a meeting last week with a woman who finally put her husband with Alzheimer's in a nursing home. Her own health was at crisis point. It was so hard for her to do, as they had been married almost 59 years. I was privileged to help her realize how strong she is and that putting him in a nursing home was really the best for them both. God bless them.

Hey darlin ya know sometimes people take their authority way over there head because they are unhappy with themselves. When they get down they need to take it out on other people. Hang in there and show her that your not gonna let her bully you. Do the best you can and you willbe just fine. I don't know if this makes sense or not. Days (times) like this just suck. And to have a perfectionist for a supervisor (ie dysfunctional) makes it extra challenging. The only thing you can do is your best and what he/she says/does/thinks about you is her own stuff.
But that doesn't change the situation does it? Sometimes life's challenged are just so hard. I wish you what Troy is going through very soon! The best of times.
