How long did you feel icky after surgery?
I had my surgery on Thursday morning, and I still feel very sore. I am still way bloated, and my stomach feels queezy. I have not had a bm in seven days. Is that possibly why? I don't know, my incision sites also still hurt. Someone help and fill me in, on what I should be expecting? Thanks for your help. Kim
Kim, I wish I could help you out!! Did you walk alot and drink alot right after the surgery? This helped me out alot!!!! Your bm will be somewhat like a wet fart "right Darla". My incission sites are still alittle tender and I just took off the steril strips today. I hope You feel better soon this Tool is and amazing thing.

What you're feeling is probably normal - however, if you're feeling nauseous this can mean that you're starting to get dehydrated - force yourself to drink through it even if you feel nauseous - there's been quite a few people lately that have had to get IV fluids because of dehydration. The no BM is fairly normal - liquid in liquid out - there's not much going into your body that can create a BM at this point.
My suggestion is sip, sip, sip, sip, sip, walk, sip, sip, sip, sip, sip, sip, rest, sip, sip sip sip sip, walk, sip, sip, sip, sip, sip, rest, sip, sip, sip, sip, walk....I think you get the picture.
Take care of yourself and if you don't improve in the next day or so - talk to your doctor.
Good luck!
