Monday Weigh IN

Hi All You Losers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been Awhile Since I Have Logged On Here. Had My 9 Mth Checkup On Thur. Everything A OK. Started Journey In July 2006 Weighed In At 380 lbs. Had Surgery In Mar Of 2007 Weighed In At 360. Thurday Weighed In At  232  Lbs. Cannot Even Begin To Say Thank you To You All For The Advice And Help In This Conquest To Rid The Weight Forever. By The Way Dr Rupp And All His Staff Are The Best Ever....... Well You All Have A Great Day.----Capt Ken

This morning I weighed in a 161, down from 278 2.5 years ago. That gives me loss of 117 lbs.  Still aiming for 150 lbs!

I am at 169, down 56lbs, 9 weeks post-op tomorrow.

1 month post op... down 36 pounds, weight is 292 :-)
