OT-Update on my daughter

Hi everyone First off, I want to say you guys are the best!!!! Thanks soooo much for all your good thoughts and prayers. They have really helped me cope with the stress of my baby going through this. Linnea is doing great.....still in a bit of pain, but surviving through good drugs   a little sleepy  but doing good. I just talked with her and after her pain meds kick in, she's going to go do the walk, walk, walk thing. She's really hoping to go home today. But they have to make sure she can walk and mostly make sure that all her blood work comes back normal, since she lost so much blood. I checked on the internet and found out that we have about 4 3/4 to 5 liters of blood in our body, so she had lost pretty darn close to half of her supply. Pretty scarey. As for me now....I'm off right now to have a CT scan done. My doctor thinks I have kidney stones. Fun, huh?!?  So, lots of fun things to deal with in the Kamppi household. That is fantastic to hear about your daughter! Sorry about the kidney stones, I have never had them but hear they hurt. Enjoy the Nevada warmth!

So glad to hear she's doing okay - did they figure out what was wrong??? Sorry about the kidney stones - if they are anything like gall stones - oh I so feel for you - those are the worst. Take care and keep us updated. Hugs Tracy

oh peggy...poor Linnea!  and poor Momma, being so far away sucks~!  Take care of you too.   Which hospital is she, if she's at the U I can take a peak at her  and report back to you if you like  take care, I miss you

Hi there Miss you too sweetie. She's actually at United Hospital. I'll find out a little later if she's going to be able to go home today. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she can go home to my dad's place. He'll be taking care of her since I'm not able to make it back. Gotta love our daddies!!!!! Hugs Peggy
