Met my surgeon today!
that is so great!!! Dr Buchwald is an amazing surgeon and a wonderful man. I have met him numerous times and he is so nice. You are in great hands with him.

I agree with everyone else. There is no one more prepared or more deserving of this surgery. You have been patient beyond belief. Your positive attitude and encouragement to other has been fantastic on this board. I can't wait to call you a loser that's gaining a whole new life.
Keep positive girl - can't wait to see you Saturday and give you a big ol' hug!

It is so great to hear that you really like your surgeon, it is such an important thing since you basically put your life in his hands. I hope that all of your appointments and insurance approval go well and that you don't have any hold ups.

How awesome is that! Yippee! Really, it is so fun to hear the good news and the progress of everyone on the board. I feel like I am living vicariously through each person ..no matter where they are in their journey. So, for you today...I am delighted...this is all so exciting.
