I seen a thread today on the RNY board for a WLS Survial Guide that someone put together and will email it to you - WONDERFUL!! Check it out .

Yippee!! At last, it is done!!! I have spent the last year not only working on surgery approval, but also compiling a sort of "WLS Survival Guide".... 51 pages of recipes from the BEST OH member chefs, articles, tips, and helpful info from "those who've traveled the road before." There may be a few typos, as this is not a professional publication. But hey! I feel ready to do battle after my surgery on Monday!
Sooooo.... anyone want a copy? It's a Word Document that you can manipulate, edit, and add to as much as you please! Take this starter guide and make it your own!
If you want a copy, I'll need your email address please. And don't worry, I'll do a "blind cc" list so your info won't float around.
