Hey Lois, I went through FVSD, and was told from the get-go (18 months ago) to avoid peanut butter due to its high fat content; what is lo-fat and where do you get it? I LOVE it, and have avoided it all this time because of the fat....please brighten my knowledge!  Thanks hon! (am LOVING the sewing machine!!!) You're lookin' fab!  Hugs galore, Patti

I mis-wrote my recipe - it's not low-fat, but reduced fat peanut butter.  I find it everywhere and it has about 1/3 the fat of regular peanut butter.  Most recently, I purchased some at Walgreens (Skippy).  It is, however, one of those things I use VERY sparingly because it is still a higher fat protein - but it sure is nice to have every once in a while.
