Six Months and all is well
Just had my 6 month checkup. Here are the facts: I have lost 75% of my excess weight and despite what people keep saying to me...I am fine to keep going. My BMI is 28.1. I am low on Vitamin A and my protein is down. I do need to increase my physical activity as that will only help to enforce and maintain the weight loss efforts. I now okay to start taking Calcium supplements as long as I stay above the 48 oz of water daily.
Here is my question: does anyone else have to take supplements for Vitamin A? The only thing I can seem to find are the softgels and I am not sure if I am able to take those. Aren't they kind of big?
For the protein, I am trying to find a local Walgreens that carries "Beneprotein". Anyone know of a local store or do I have to go online to get it?
That's all folks.

Hi Ramona,
Yes you looked absolutely fantastic on Saturday. "CONGRATULATIONS"!!!
I had Walgreen's in Eagan special order it for me; and I thought they had priced it pretty high. So the next time I ordered online. By the time I figured shipping into the price, they came out pretty close to one another.
Hugs,
Granny Eileen.

I'm with Barb, when I saw you on Saturday I thought someone new had joined our group - your body is shrinking, your hair color changed...Does hubby even recognize you anymore??? Maybe he's fantasizing that he's with a new woman because he doesn't recognize you!!! LOL
You're looking great Ramona! Sorry to hear that you're low on some things - but better to find out now than when it's a problem.
See ya at coffee on Saturday in Hopkins???
