Salty crunchy types?

I think I've discovered a FABULOUS substitute for my beloved Fritos! Yes, I've allowed myself a few every now & then, but I found something this weekend that I LIKEY!! Genisoy Crispy Dippers - Baked Soy Snacks!  I've already been enjoying the Genisoy crisps in Apple Cinnamon, but these are good for the salty cravings!  Not too salty, but very light & crunchy!  I usually get my soy snacks at Cub in the natural foods area, but I found these at Lunds - 3 servings per bag, 120 cal, 3 g fat, 16 g carb, 8 g protein!  And no, I'm not dipping 'em in anything, just enjoying them plain!  Gitchoosome!

those sounds yummy! Where you getting the twisted protein bars? I tried the LUna and they are pretty good but a little high in sugar. (12 G)

Sorry, Phyllis...  Glad you like the Twisted bars, but put them somewhere inconvenient and only take one with you when you go somewhere.  Now if you're eating them at home, I can't help you...  Personally, although I really hardly ever feel "full", I don't think I could eat more than one!

The Twisted protein bars are available at Target, but they are higher in carbs than the LUna bars...  (probably why the little suckers are so GOOD!)

Hello Darla...these sound good. I have tried the Genisoy Crisps and enjoyed them. I only eat one or two now and then. Sure are good!

I will have to try these too. Thanks for sharing! Hugs  connie d

I'm glad you mentioned these Darla! The Genisoy Crispy Dippers (salty) remind me of buggels...remember using those as finger puppets?...LoL

I totally meant to say that when I posted!  Yep, they taste just like Bugels!  Too bad they didn't steal the shape?  We could snack AND play!
