First let me start by saying.... GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!  Picture if you will me eating this with my nose plugged..... its not the taste its the texture ( BARB LOLOLOL ) Anyways I got it in and measured the water ( by the way pouring it in and pouring it out fast doesnt hurt the cheese to use later) I have a four ounce pouchy!

Thats kinda cool to know....  I have never overstretched by letting myself get too full...     I had a fear this morning it would be huge like over ten ounces LOL Now.... anyone else ...  Remember do it FIRST thing in the morning. Morning friends!

Sounds gross!!  Im sure its been posted but I am wondering if you could refresh me on how to do this test..?   HEY..  I saw Linda at the Trader Joes yesterday!!  Jen & I were out bonding..  Well.... stocking up her shelves at college actually..LOL Have a great day!

I agree with you - GROSS, I'm not a fan of cottage cheese - but I think I'm gonna have to do this test - I feel like my pouch is a football again.  Thanks for being a guinea pig!

Do plain oatmeal with some splenda and cinn.  Im gonna redo it tomorrow like that.  Not sure if I was full or sick to my stomach. How did last night go? PM MEEEEEE

That sounds like a rough test. You have to like cottage cheese to enjoy that. Personally not my favorite.

Get a small container of small curd low fat cottage cheese. First thing in the morning before liquids etc eat as much as you can in five min or until full making a divet  divit.. which ever down.  Fill a measure cup with 12 ounces of water... pour water in until the level of water replaces what you ate... right to the even top of the other cheese. Minus the amount of water poured in and thats the size of your pouchy  :)
