i just want to screem!!!!!!!!!!!
First let me say that I LOVE your dogs name - Uff Da! LMAO! Second, what was your second surgery? To fix a complication or re-do the RNY? Sorry I might have missed a post... I still think 22 pounds in 9 weeks is awesome! Even with Weigh****chers or a physician monitored diet, they say 1 - 2 pounds per week so you've exceeded that. Maybe it's not a larger loss like you had hoped, but it is still 22 pounds gone!
Do you realize what major trauma your body has been through? Stop and take a minute to reflect. 2 surgeries and complications. I feel that is a lot for any body to go through and perhaps your body is still healing from all of it and it's hanging on to what it can to help it heal. Our body's really are amazing machines when one stops to think about it. Post surgery depression is also quite common. If you feel any symptoms of this, please see professional help or advice! I wish you brighter days!!!
