Thank you to everyone who has answered my questions or comments you guys are the best.......I was really sad I had the surgery at first but I am so damn glad I had it now I think it was because it was right before christmas and watching everyone and stuff.  I am on pureed stuff and can eat reg food I don't feel like such an outcast.  I go on monday to learn about soft foods YIPPEEE!!!!!  I cannot wait.    I have no more pain anywhere and am getting back to normal.  Although mykids don't know that I don't hurt cuz then they actually help out with house chores LOL I should tell them soon NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  anyway I will end this.  Thanks again everyone for your support!!!!! Marsha - you're doing so good!  31 pounds is FANTASTIC!  You'll have to take a new pic for your avatar soon so we can all see the difference!  And I wouldn't tell your kids anything about no pain - there's no reason that you should be over exerting yourself - it takes AT LEAST a year to recover from major surgery !  Milk it for all its worth!!! love ya, Tracy

You are just rockin girl!  31 pounds fabulous!!!!  I know we picked a bad time to have surgery with the holidays but you know we survived that and it made us just that much stronger.  I agree WLS rocks!!!  Let me know what I have to look forward to with the soft foods.  I have about whirred everything possible in my bullet and am waiting to chew something other than ice.  LOL  Keep it up and we won't tell the kids!!! Thanks for sharing that Marsha!  I get so excited hearing how newbies are doing!!  It reminds me of my "early days".  It just keeps getting better as the weight comes off and the energy increases!!

Look out girlfriend, but the journey is an exciting one!!!

Best wishes!

You are doing just great!  I felt like a food outcast for about 10 minutes - don't let others make you feel "different."  You are better! I'm so glad you are pain free.  You new life awaits!

I am so glad to hear you are doing so well... Until I was able to start eating "real" food, I felt like an outsider and all alone.  So I understand that.  You are doing fantastic!!! Debi
