What to eat at the movies?

I am sure the best choice is water, but I was just wondering what has been the snack of choice(if any) when at the movies??

Popcorn is fine, but not for you - it's way too early out. I'd wait until at least 4-6 months out.

I think I am going to bring crystal light to mix, just so I can have something but it is good to know that long term there are options. Will be fun to just get a small popcorn rather than the x-large refillable with a side of milk duds!

Hi...I usually do the crystal light thing. I also bring a small box of raisins to munch on if I feel the need.

Geez Connie, you can eat raisins?  Dried fruit has way more sugar than fresh, many a person has dumped big time on raisins!

I don't have any problem with raisins....I only eat about eight if that. Just a little something different once in a while. I have never dumped or gotten sick from anything. I eat mostly protein....85 or 90 % of my meal. Snacks are usually veggies or  an apple slice. Hugs, connie d

Bring a protein bar if you can do solids!  Many of them are kinda like a candy bar, and we can all use the protein!  I like the ones called "Twisted", I've found them at Target.  They make a peanut butter one, but I like the chocolate.  It's a LOT like a Take Five bar - 15 grams of protein!  Take small bites, chew it to smithereens, and enjoy the show!!!

Good idea- I can eat just about anything( chew, chew, chew and anything becomes a mushie)- but I try to keep with my program. Even though anything goes down fine I am sure there is a reason I have to progress through the mushies etc...I think of protien bars like I do rice cakes- I haven't found a good one but I hadn't tried the one you suggested. Thanks for the info!
