Well Gang I made it. I have not been hungry for the last couple of Days so I know that this test really works and I am glad I did it. I have been trying to Jump start my getting back on track for 6 months and this did the trick! the good news is I weighed myself this morning and I lost a whopping 6 pounds and still have one day to go. I guess cleaning all that crap out of my system was a good thing :) Now I will start slowly on some carb ( fruits Vegtibles and Whole Grains and see if I can get rid of the rest of this pesky 15 lbs! One bad thing is it seems like I have been going to the bathroom alot more to Pee So go figure that ?? Have a great one Jim

Liquids In - Liquids out! Good for you - I found the 5 day pouch test pretty easy too. It was after starting on "real food" did I find it more difficult - having lots more choices.

I haven't gone to the website, but I'm curious - is there a recommendation for when people should try this?  I mean, I'm only 8.5 months out, and don't really feel the need at this point, but is it more for people who are 1+ yrs out or anything like that?  It sounds like it'd maybe be a great thing to do annually, around surgiversary time, to celebrate, remind, re-start this whole life we've been given!

Congrats on those 6 lbs - the other 15 should come off quickly too if you stick to what you're doing!  You seem to be the epitomy of doing things "right" and we should all bow to you for your diligence in that! Keep up the great work!  BTW - you coming to coffee in Eagan tomorrow???  I think this is the week you said you could make it!
