Update on Erika

Erika is doing much better!!!   Thank God!!   I talked to her again this morning and she sounded sooo much better.    They found a pain killer in a nasal spray that she can tolerate and so far it seems to be working well.  She said her CT scan came back fine so that is good.   She said he is going to advance her to some soft/pureed foods to get some nutrition into her....instead of just the liquid protein.   She will be in the hospital for at least another day or two to make sure things continue to go well.    She appreciates everyone thinking of her.    You guys are an awesome group!!!

Thanks for the update Michelle!  Glad to hear that Erika is doing well and that all our prayers being sent are being answered! Tell her we are all thinking and praying for/about her and we miss her on the boards!

I'm so happy to hear she is doing better!  Thank the Lord they were able to find a pain med that works for her.  Hope she continues to get better and better!
