I'm afraid to eat!!
Thank you all of your words of advice and encouragement. It means alot.
Well, today things just kept getting worse. Although I managed to stay at work.
I tried a few (3) bites of yogurt in a 40 min time frame and to no avail I got sick. Nothing seems to be my friend. So I gave in and called the nurse again today. She wants to be go into the clinic and do some IV Fluids. 3 days for 2.5 hours. So I will start that she said I might feel like a new woman after that. Lets hope so. She is also changing my acid control pills to something else that might work better.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having a rough time transitioning to food. I do hope that the IV fluids for the next few days helps get you back on your feet and at a point where you may be able to eat and keep it down. I will say a special prayer for you!

Go to the post by Lucy on protein shakes -- OMG they sound delicious -- if you can do protein shakes, try some of these just to get the protein -- and they count as fluids too.
Good luck -- I sure hope you feel better soon -- but this will pass!!!
