Day 3 of the 5 day pouch test!
Glad I'm am over those last few days My headaches when away and I was able to have some more solid protien this morning so I think I am throught the hardest part. I worked out last night and started to feel how I do when I get hypoglycemic but I stoped and took a few Sips of my sustaine sports drink and it was enough to get me through the rest of my workout. I never thought I would enjoy eating a few Slices of lunchmeat as I did this morning. The good news is even though it wasn't a factor for me but a plus is the fact that I lost 2 lbs in two days. I think the hardest part is behind me and I will let you know how I end up after the five days to see how I feel. I can already Feel myself feeling better and having more energy after just two days. Not to mention my britches are a little loser this morning.

I did post yesterday while on my second day. I decided to try it becasue it said it would be a great way to get back on track and get rid of my cravings for those nasty simple carbs which I have always said are the devil!! It kind of detox's you from them as well as gets you back to the protein first plan that we started on this journey. after the holidays and almost 4 years and my addiction to diet pop after plastics I need to get back in charge! and I do feel much better about this!
Most people who go throught this detoxification feel it is almost a spirtual to get back to square one. and even though I am on the 3rd day I can believe some of it!
