To shrink your pictures, go to this link and it will do it for you. Then you can put into your user settings. http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/ Pick the picture, shrink it to 100 x 200 and go.... Hope this helps....

Debbie, So great to meet you (virtually that is)! If you're anything like Lisajoy I know we will all love you just as much as we love her! Join us for coffee sometime - we'd love to meet you! If you want any other info on the Mexico surgery thing - feel free to contact me (just send me a PM), I had my RNY surgery in Mexico (Puerto Vallarta) by Dr. Armando Joya as my insurance wouldn't cover it. I had a GREAT experience and would highly recommend it. Welcome to the MN board - this is the best support ever (way better than the main board - people can get nasty on there)! Congratulations on your decision. I think it's great to get some extra help to get your weight under control before it gets out of hand. Have you found a doctor to do your fills somewhere around you? That's a really important part of life with the band. If you ever have any questions, please let me know. I've had mine for a little over a year and am very happy with it! Jean B.
