ANW Lap BAND Support Group

Happy New Year!

Here are the details for this months meeting.

What:  ANW Lap BAND Support Group When:  Monday, January 14        6:00-7:30 p.m. Where:  LOCATION CHANGE!!!         In 2008 the meeting room for the year has changed to Piper Building 6th floor classroom.  The Piper Building is just east of the Education Building where the meeting was formerly held.  The street address is 913 East 26th Street.

Presenter:  Elizabeth Vander Laan, RD Topic:  Label Reading - bring examples of labels if you would like help with a particular food item.

Liz will also be sharing samples of protein supplements.
