Whew!  I haven't eaten pasta, rice,  nor bread at all, and one of my staples is pasta-less spaghetti, in which I add either coarsely chopped zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, or spinach, and fresh parmesan.  This ensures getting in the veggies, as well as complementing the flavor.

I make boneless pork chops i(with fat trimmed)n the crock pot--just spray crock pot with Pam, then just put them in from the package, I only add garlic powder, fresh ground pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Boneless, skinless chicken sauteed in a little butter.  Add garlic powder, ground pepper, and poultry seasoning--tastes exactly like Thanksgiving dressing!

I also make crustless pumpkin pie (custard) with fat-free evaporated milk and Splenda.  I pour it into Pyrex custard cups, and cook in microwave for five minutes. Delicious!

Got a Donvier ice cream maker for Christmas,('da man put the little user guide into the toe of my stocking!)  and have been making ice milk, then freezing in 1/4 cup containers. Excellent with either peaches or fresh strawberries thoroughly blended into!

Occasionally will make Jello S/F cheesecake pudding, and put over unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, kiwi mixture in little cups.  Also great with just strawberry or raspberry.

Just more ideas for variety everyone!  Enjoy!  Hugs galore, Patti

Farrah  I realized doing the 5day how many carbs I was really consuming. I am glad that I broke that and am going to get back on track. I think the 5 day really cleans out both your body and soul!  Thanks for posting both!! Jim
