I taped this show today -- it was excellent!!!! It is on again tonight at 8 pm, Monday 3 pm, Tuesday 11 am, and Thursday 1 pm. A new episode is on Friday at 8, 10 and 10:30 pm. Looks like every Friday is a new episode.....It is on the LIFETIME channel.

I saw the show. It was really good. It really makes you think how we all percieve ourselves differently than we really are. I am definately guilty of that. I still have a hard time believing I am skinny now. Mostly because I am in a 16 junior pants, and my past life made me believe that was FAT! Ah......... the head is a hard one to train. I'm still working on that.

I was a little nervous by your title to watch the clip in all honesty, but SO glad I did! This morning I told my DH that we need to order cable or satellite so I could watch this. LOL
I loved a couple key points: the difference in how clothes make you look (where he took the same lady wearing 3 different outfits), the line up of models where she had to put herself where she thought she fit in (and was so wrong in a positive way!), and Carson picking her up and spinning her around - that was so cute and loving.
