Hi Linda, Count me in....I too get those days...I wake up and I feel like I've eaten all night! I'm having one of those days today...I made breakfast for my family and I had an egg sitting on my plate, I really didn't want it (but you know how the surgeon and nut are about eating your meals...LOL) I took 1 bate, then another and that was it...I just couldn't do it. I didn't even want what I had. I hate to force myself then. I just go with it, I don't think it hurts us to bad to go a day or two here and there with not "eating to our potential" just make sure we take our vitamins and calcium and we should be just fine. I, honestly welcome the feeling. What a difference then before WLS when I could have eaten 4 turkey dinners in one day!! LOL Sherry-

I really haven't had the full feeling, but I have certainly not regained any kind of an appetite!  I don't do this often, but sometimes, usually on a weekend, I won't eat ANYTHING until mid-afternoon!  I know that's not good for me, but I might sleep in, or get busy with something, and just not be interested in food until the guilt gets to me and I know I need to get the protein and fluids in.  How backwards is that?  Eating only because I know I need to get my protein in???  That's nuts!  But I love not being hungry, and if my appetite never comes back, that'll be fine with me!
