5 Day Pouch Test~NY resolution
I know that someone has it....can someone please forward that to me? I need to get back on track and lose this last friggin 20 pounds.....I am also joining a gym this weekend....I haven't exercised a bit and I need to incorporate that into my routine. SO.....I need a reminder that my pouch still works and I thought that the 5 day test could help me. My NY resolution is to lose that last 20 pounds....damn it I'm GOING to get to 140 by the end of this year even if it kills me. I did not do this surgery to fail!! And I will have failed if I don't do this for myself. I've been stuck at 160 for FAR too long.
Thank you so much!
Ya know, I think I might join you on the 5DPT. I have been absolutely out of control with my eating these past 2 weeks - ever since my mother introduced sweets/candy/cookies/pies/cakes into my house for Xmas. I can't eat enough of it it seems. I feel literally out of control. It's very scary. I need to nip this in the bud.
Be sure to let us know how you do on the 5dpt!
Hugs,
Farrah

Best of Luck to you Paula! YOU WILL LOSE that last 20 - but just remember you haven't failed at all - you just have a little more to go!
Take care,
Hey Paula.....ummmm, I've seen you and honey if you are a failure, I wouldn't mind being one too. YOU LOOK FABULOUS!!!!! Just because you have a number in your head take a look at where you came from....you are NOT a failure in ANY SENSE of the word. I'm sure the last 20 will come off, but it's going to take longer than the original weight coming off. Just get back on track and use the tool as it was intended and be patient. You've done such a GREAT job and you look WONDERFUL and I would imagine you feel so much better too. Think about that part and not just the number.
