You'll do just great Troy! Just keep your eye on the prize and keep reminding yourself why you're doing it and it won't be bad at all! I'll say some prayers that your head can keep remembering that through all of this! Not much longer and we'll call you a LOSER!!! WOOOHOOO!
Good luck Troy! I know it's hard when everyone else in the house is eating and your just drinking away. You can do it though and that strong will is going to get you through!!! Keep up the awesome job!!!!

I've gotta say, I admire your attitude! We ALL need to learn to celebrate and recognize all our successes MORE than we scold ourselves for our slips! Yeah, we need to recognize the slips, but it's all a matter of perspective - and the more POSITIVE we can keep our perspective, the easier this whole new way of dealing with food becomes!
I'm 8 months out, and I've had a few more slips in the past 2 weeks than I'd like to admit - not huge ones, just a few too many little ones. But the new year is always refreshing, and I have decided to forgive my slips and focus more on respecting my butterfly!
