Chewable Acetaminophen?

Does anyone know were you can find chewable acetaminophen/Tylenol? I can't find it anywere. Thanks,

I have found it - I think it was at Walgreens.  It was the most awful chewable thing I've tried (sorry). lol Michelle :)

Hi - You can use the children's Tylenol or generic children's acetaminophen.  It tastes better than the adult chewable.  You can get it anywhere - Walgreen's, Target, Walmart, etc. Figure out the dosage, though, since it has less per tablet. Happy New Year Laura

Wal-Mart sells a liquid adult tylenol.  I take it.  It's not bad, a little thick, but easy to get down.  I started  taking it 2 days after I got home from the hospital and now take it only as needed-which I haven't needed to for a long time.  But I highly recommend it. Debi

If you are talking about the Tylonal Go Tabs...they were discontinued...I was really mad when I contacted Tylonal and that is what they said. I tried the Tylonal Jr's that are chewable but they are very sweet!! When you get out to about 4 weeks I think you can swallow a tylonal...I know that does not help much now, but that's what I know...Good luck!! CarolN

Yes that what I been looking for but then I was told to just get chewable acetaminophen. I didn't know that you could use the regular stuff after 4 weeks. Thanks that helps

Be careful of the adult liquid tylenol>>>>>>>>It can be pretty sugary.  I took it 2-3 times since surgery and I was getting nauseated (not sure if it was the sugar or my new pouch was not liking it).  You could try diluting it with water, this might help (they suggest this with liquid pain meds).  OR check the diabetic section in Walgreens to see if they have any thing for diabetics.  I saw a diabetic tussin (for coughs).  Just a thought.  According to my surgeons office, I started taking tylenol caplets at 2 mos.  Follow what your surgeon suggests for when you can start taking pills! Hope this helps!

oh my gosh!  I have the Tylenol go-tabs and they are just about the worst thing that has ever crossed my lips.  I have several boxes left, and if anybody wants them, you are welcome to them.  PM me with an address or something and I will mail them to you.
